Right to Return Goods under the Act of 2 March 2000
In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 30 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
The goods must not show signs of use, must not be damaged or destroyed, and must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PACKAGING
Our products, especially whitening strips, are delivered in individual sachets rather than original retail boxes for logistical and environmental reasons.
This type of packaging does not affect the quality, freshness, or effectiveness of the product.
Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products, regardless of the type of packaging.
Return Procedure
1. Initiating a Return

- You will receive instructions on how to return the goods.
- Returns must be sent via courier service at the customer’s expense.
- Goods sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon delivery.
3. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal-use products,
- Custom-made items,
- Perishable goods.

4. Exchanges
After we receive and approve the returned goods, you may place a new order for the desired product.
5. Refunds
Once the return is approved, the refund will be sent back to your account.
Processing returns may take up to 10 business days.
